MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO
Joshua Mecklin
My name is Joshua Mecklin, and I’m the founder of Mecklin Media Group. I’ve had a fascination with photography for as long as I can remember, though for many years it remained a hobby. In 2025, that passion evolved into something more when I officially launched Mecklin Media Group, combining creativity, technical skill, and a commitment to service.
I grew up in the small town of Munford, Tennessee, in Tipton County. After graduating high school, I began a career in emergency services, working as a paramedic with rural Tipton County EMS. I later joined the Shelby County Fire Department, where I served as a paramedic and firefighter for five years. Wanting to continue expanding my skill set, I returned to school to earn my nursing degree and now work as a registered nurse, specializing in vascular access procedures at hospitals throughout Memphis and Mississippi.
In December of 2024, I married my beautiful wife, Taylor. When we’re not working, we enjoy traveling to the Smoky Mountains or the Ozarks to camp and go rafting. We’re also avid golfers—though if we’re being honest, our rounds often involve as much socializing as they do playing.
In 2025, I recognized an opportunity to provide high-quality residential photography and videography services for several friends in real estate. What began as helping agents better showcase their listings quickly grew into Mecklin Media Group. I genuinely enjoy creating clean, compelling media that helps agents market homes with confidence and stand out in a competitive market.
My goal is to continue growing this business over the coming years while delivering consistent, professional results for every client. I’m incredibly grateful for the support of my friends, family, and the agents who trust me with their listings.
